Fee Schedule

I accept plans from the following insurance providers:

Psychotherapy sessions that do not utilize insurance are billed at a self-pay rate of $125 per 50-minute session.

I can provide you with a detailed superbill to provide to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement.
