Meet Phil
Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Psychotherapist
Therapy has helped me immensely in my own life. I have experienced first-hand its effectiveness in helping us to live authentically and confidently and to better understand ourselves. I practice with a true belief that therapy is a supportive force in the healing journey and that it can provide a safe and compassionate space in which to work through life’s challenges.

My approach is solution-oriented with a focus on humanism. I believe that, first and foremost, you need to feel humanized—not labeled or pathologized. When you feel supported and validated, you can learn to navigate life with confidence. It is my honor to be able to accompany you on this journey. In my clinical practice, I utilize evidence-based practices including:
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
-

-

-
